Well here you have it, a posh salad. Posh chicken spring roll (the meat), plus: cous cous (2 versions of), the mush, carrot lumps, leak strips, noodles (a type of veg), cashew nuts (a bit nuts, also not meat), spinach, cabbage, and the raisins (also was never a living animal of any kind).
