Remembering Ed

It's been a while, some may say too long, but finally we called in on our old friend Ed. His burgers patties may have gone downhill slightly, or maybe everyone else's patties have got better? Who knows, but it's safe to say Ed's Diner is still pretty damn sweet.

I opted for the 'Classic' (burger plus the onion a la fried) with the addition of BBQ sauce ('natch), Focksy went for the same Classic, but twisted his with guacamole . Seeing as this was technically our second T of the night (we'd had home made steak pie at home plus veg and that) we decided to watch our near perfect figures and share one portion of chunky chips between us.

Probably the crowning glory of the meal was the beverages, one vanilla malt, and one banana and peanut butter malt - that really is the good stuff.

We're sorry Ed, let's never fight again.

Steak, the whole steak and nothing but the steak. So help me God

I recently visited the Santa María del Buen Ayre an Argentine Grill and Bar on Broadway market (map) with four friends.

This is some of the best steak you'll ever eat. Simple juicey and large.

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT NON-STEAK LIKE FOOD

It cost me £8 for this 14oz beauty.

Wings from another mother

A long time coming. My first T Report. A recommendation from a previous report!
The whole sordid affair captured on my Nokia dodgycam. We just kept ordering the damn things. The one I didn't manage to get in the can, was the peculiar dumbwaiter, made from the end of a crane hook. What a magnificent meal.
