woah, in less than an hour of my complaint i've just got a responce from the glorious Pret-a-Manger™. they are obviousley really cut about the whole disastor and are going to 'have a word withe the Manager down there' (he so getting the sack over this).



And then come the sweetener and reason for my complaint: GRATIS PRET VOUCHERS! i have sent my address, i shall now go and sit by our pigeon hole until they arrive. I might be out of contact for a while.
