Wings of a Brother
Me and my bro travelled many miles out of eachothers way to visit London's very best chicken wings restaurant. This is no exaggeration, they are the finest chicken wings it is possible to find in London, even England, even Europe, even the world, even the solar system, even the milky way, even the known universe. As for the unknown universe, I cannot say. But I am pretty confident that the unknown universe does not have a restaurant with better wings than those we ate last night.
The restaurant is a vietnamese in London's Hackney, in London. They are fried until they are jumping-crispy and then covered in sliced garlic, chilli and spring onions. We had three plates of wings plus a plate of noodles just out of polite.
All that remained after our festival was a plate 'o' bones, sucked clean of the bird.
